Lead junior designers
modelling pace and craft standards
Delegate and oversee workflow across your team
Coordinate with production and delivery teams on feasibility and cost
Present work clearly to clients

Set and uphold standards from concept through to production-ready output
Experiment with tools and methods that help us work smarter and share learning with the team
Contribute to building our Academy content
