This role will be key in managing the creative process for all print-based assets, ensuring high-quality design that aligns with brand guidelines and meets the needs of both advertisers, Waitrose and audiences. You will be a part of a team of designers while working collaboratively with other departments to produce impactful and visually compelling print materials. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver the art direction and design of commercial content, ensuring high-quality execution of our magazines, newspaper, recipe cards, brochures and other print collateral * Cast, brief and lead food photography teams to ensure a high-quality output that meets supplier need, planned channel usage and maintains brand consistency * Collaborate with the editorial team to bring concepts to life and with the Video Lead to provide art direction for media-funded video * Contribute to the planning and delivery of the wider Food Studio content, outside of paid-for content * Work with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure accurate, high quality and timely execution of print materials * Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language across print assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with broa
