What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6+ years of experience in digital design, CRM creative, or email marketing design, portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, CRMail design, and brand system work, Advanced expertise in Figma including: components, shared libraries, auto-layout, modular systems and template-based workflows, understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and responsive digital design principles, Experience working within established brand guidelines and scalable design systems, attention to detail and versioning/production accuracy, especially in high-volume environments, Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams, communication and presentation skills, Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively, English communication skills (B2+/C1), Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Jira, Slack, Zoom, Google Drive, and similar platforms

Nice to Have

Experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing or email marketing campaigns highly preferred, Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required

Manage multiple priorities and high-volume creative requests in a fast-paced environment

Support campaign versioning

and content variations across different business needs

Contribute to maintaining efficient workflows

and quality assurance processes

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

collaborating closely with cross-functional teams; Collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, developers, account teams, and CRM stakeholders; Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams; Support and mentor junior designers while contributing to team collaboration and creative excellence
