Sandisk is looking for an Senior Design Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across the Consumer Design organization, including the Packaging Design, Industrial Design, and Visual Identity teams. This role will work closely with the Director of Design, leadership team, and functional teams to coordinate design meetings, track action items, identify process improvements, and support budget & resource planning. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate design reviews and other meetings, including scheduling and meeting notes. * Publish feedback, decisions, and action items from meetings and track action items as needed. * Track all design decisions for both Packaging and Industrial Design. Communicate updates to functional teams as needed. * Engage with Legal on trademark assessments for both Packaging and Industrial Design. * Collaborate with Assets team t
