What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B.S. in Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, At least 5 years’ experience, Experience managing multi-disciplinary scopes within A/E or Design Engineering firms, Experience designing manufacturing facilities and site infrastructure including tool install, Fully understanding all engineering disciplines, Experience working with codes and jurisdictions, Advanced project management skills, Ability to effectively execute projects and tasks in parallel
Nice to Have
M.S., PE or RA License, Kubernetes a plus
What You'll Do.
Own and drive design and engineering efforts
Understand stakeholders’ requirements
Translate requirements into project objectives
Manage Infrastructure and Tool Install projects
Manage permitting and construction documents
Co-manage infeed of customer requests
Own project funding request process
Coordinate project schedule requirements
Identify resource requirements and gaps
Define strategies for project delivery methods
Implement innovative engineering and design methodologies
Support feasibility studies
Lead value engineering efforts
Lead options analysis
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Drive collaboration between Process Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Facilities, and Production; Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams; Influence various teams outside of direct reporting structure
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills; Ability to understand complex problems; Distill the message into a clear plan
Process & Methodology
Manage and lead Infrastructure and Tool Install projects, Manage permitting and construction documents, Coordinate key project schedule requirements, Advanced project management skills, Demonstrated application of project, and program management fundamentals
