What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, Minimum of 2 years of design engineering experience, Hands-on experience with FEA and/or CFD analysis of mechanical systems, Proficiency in CAD software (NX, SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent), knowledge of FEA theory and tools (e. g. , ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks Simulation), knowledge of CFD theory and tools (e. g. , ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, SimScale), Solid understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Ability to work both independently and in a leadership role, Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, 5+ years of experience in design engineering, Solid understanding of mechanical systems, materials, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics, Knowledge and experience within HVAC Industry, Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
