Must Have
5+ years of experience working across design and front-end engineering, Portfolio of shipped work that demonstrates craft, Front-end engineering skills (TypeScript, React, CSS, animations), Ability to write clean, maintainable code, Equally comfortable in Figma and a code editor, Sense of taste, Ability to prototype rapidly, Fluency with AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code or equivalent), Written and visual communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience at a complex B2B or Enterprise SaaS product, Experience in a data-heavy domain, Background building or evolving design systems at scale, Experience with motion design or complex CSS/animation libraries, Experience designing or implementing UI for complex, data-heavy workflows: dashboards, tables, multi-step forms, or financial interfaces
