This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Coordinate design processes for complex Mission Critical commercial projects. Facilitate integration between design and construction teams. Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications, especially MEP disciplines. Conduct cross-discipline design quality reviews. Assess design document status by phase and project needs. Identify and address design and engineering challenges. Collaborate with owners, designers, engineers, and subcontractors for issue resolution. Manage deadlines, maintain files, and provide reporting. Coach and mentor junior associates. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field. 5–8+ years of experience in an architectural, engineering, or construction position. Experience managing complex Mission Critical commercial projects. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong ethical standards and ability to
