Senior Design and Analysis Engineer (Electronic Sys Design & Analy) **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense Space and Security,** (BDS), is hiring for a **Senior Design and** **Analysis Engineer**(Electronic Sys Design & Analy) at our office located in **Berkeley, MO.** BDS is a global leader in the development, production, maintenance and enhancement of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft, commercial and government satellites, human spaceflight programs and weapons. Key markets include aeronautics, space and weapons. Core capabilities are in development, production and mission enabling upgrades of integrated solutions. BDS delivers the most digitally advanced, simply and efficiently produced and intelligently supported solutions to its customers. The Senior Design and Analysis Engineer will be responsible for leading weapon-to-platform integration. You will own integration architecture, verification strategy, and technical delivery; lead cross-functional integration activities spanning avionics, software, structures, and flight test; mentor engineers; and act as the technical point-of-contact for program stakeholders, suppliers, and certification authorities. This role requires robust systems engineering rigor and strong judgment on risk and tradeoffs. **Position Responsibilities:** * Own integration architecture and system-level interface control strategy (ICDs, buses, power, mechanical, data links) from concept through flight test and into production sustainment * Define and own verification & validation strategy (IV&V) for the program: traceability from requirements to test evidence and certification artifacts * Collaborate and coordinate with additional Test focused teams to ensure timely delivery of capabilities * Lead development and approval of integration and verification plans, acceptance criteria, test procedures, and data products required by Certification/Safety * Execute program plans and priorities using JIRA and MBSE tools * Serve as technic
