Minimum 3 days/week work from office
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Min 1 year experience in Finance / Banking industry or related, Graduate or during studies in Economics / Finance or related, Good with numbers and Excel, Fluency in English - written and spoken
Nice to Have
Knowledge of AIFMD, CSSF regulations would be an advantage
What You'll Do.
Execute various Depositary controls delivered from Poland in line Service Level Agreement
Act as a process SME and provide technical support to Depositary Supervisor and teams to ensure all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards
Safekeeping of financial instruments
Ownership verification and record keeping & reconciliation of other assets
Cash flows monitoring
Monitoring of investment restrictions
Oversight of subscriptions and redemptions
Review of asset valuation and calculation of NAV
Monitoring of settlement of asset transactions
Control of income distributions
Identify issues and problems in service delivery and carry out necessary corrective action
Ensure the issues log is updated and track progress
