Must Have
3-5 years of experience, Understand production process, Commercially minded, Manage complex stakeholder environments, Run change management programs, Run adoption programs, Builder mindset, Open to travel 30-50%
Nice to Have
Experience with MES, Experience with ERP, Experience with Historian, Experience with quality systems, Fluency in German, Fluency in French, Fluency in another European language

Ensure go-live happens on time

Handle change management
Turn shop floor problems into business cases
Build the case for next deployment

Identify unsolved problems
