10+ years of experience in IT working with business systems, 10+ years of JDAlueYonder Experience required with focus on Demand Forecasting / Demand Planning, A solid track record of being an expert in BlueYonder system configuration, A solid track record of being an expert in designing and optimizing end-to-end SCM Demand Planning solutions, Data-driven decision maker, Able to establish effective working relationships with various levels in the organization, Great organizational skills, Ability to pivot quickly when core strategies and plans change

Knowledge in BY Cognitive Demand is a plus
What You'll Do.
Translate business system requirements into design specifications
upgrade and enhance existing Demand Planning Solutions
Apply BlueYonder Demand Forecasting expertise
Ensure proper integration between systems
Provide clear instructions and specifications to development teams
Create User Stories and acceptance criteria
Organize and manage multiple assignments
Make decisions and collaborate efficiently
Coach and mentor other individual contributors
Serve as technical solutions lead
Participate in cross functional projects
Work with Iterative Agile Methodologies
Lead strategic initiatives
