ABOUT THE ROLE Our website is our highest-leverage owned channel — load-bearing for the brands we serve today and central to our move upmarket. As buyers increasingly research vendors through AI-driven and answer-engine surfaces, the brands that own search, content, and conversion end-to-end will win the next phase of demand. We’re hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager, Web & Content to own and compound that advantage. You’ll be the dedicated owner of Swap’s organic and demand generation ecosystem across SEO, AEO, GEO, conversion optimization, and content — turning the website into a measurable, compounding pipeline engine. You’ll partner closely with our brand, product, paid media, RevOps, and agency partners, and you’ll build the agentic, AI-assisted workflows that let a lean team produce and optimize at scale. This is a builder’s role for someone who is equally comfortable in a technical SEO audit, a CRO experiment design, and a content brief — and who measures success in pipeline, not page views.
