Solid experience in the financial sector, Managed multiple projects and multiple teams, Worked in scale up, Total budget management above 1. 6 Mn, Capably managing commercial responsibilities, Experience in pre-sales efforts with an ability to work with Sales team to shape new deals, Bachelor's degree or higher, Professional working proficiency in English and local language, Willingness and eligibility to travel internationally as required according to customer needs including possessing necessary visa-free travel status

Ensure BA lead secures necessary sign-offs
Run a crystal clear jira admin
Ensure Engineering Manager focuses on delivering BSDs
Control customer on scope and agreements
Handle full spectrum of project administration
Remove every possible distraction for the team
Leverage AI to enhance project management activities
Lead project planning and execution
Drive the team to achieve milestones
Set up and maintain project administration structure
Ensure zero surprise delivery
Ensure adherence to quality framework
Maintain SLAs under MS contracts
Ensure structured transition from requirements to execution
Ensure all project documentation and tools are accurate
Prioritize simple and effective communication
Ensure compliance on BB mandatory training
Manifest hard skills in scope
Give comfort to the customer on targets
Adhere to processes and guidelines
and agree on interaction model
Immediate escalation to CS Leadership
Communicate with the customer
Document key decisions
Develop and agree with customer for planned colocation
establish and enforce quality metrics
Periodic publication of metrics to customers

Create a seamless environment where every single player, both on the customer and Backbase side, understands their role and is empowered to excel; Ensures adherence to quality framework along with Engineering Manager(s); Ensures structured transition from validated requirements to engineering execution across all portfolio projects; Accountable for developing, debating, and agreeing on an interaction model and a WoW in the context of the customer; Accountable for developing and agreeing with the customer for planned colocation to improve collaboration
Communication Scope
Prioritizes simple and effective communication over jargon; Constantly communicating with the customer; Documenting key decisions, deviations, and escalations in written format
