At AFCA, we’re building out our data and AI capability to better serve our customers and the community and we’re looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to help bring that vision to life. As our Senior Delivery Lead, Data & AI, you’ll take ownership of delivering high‑priority data, analytics and AI initiatives, turning strategy into clear, actionable plans and measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work across business, technology and data teams to ensure delivery is well‑scoped, governed and aligned with AFCA’s strategic and regulatory priorities. What you’ll be doing * Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics & AI initiatives, including governance uplift * Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones and outcomes * Establish and lead scaled agile (SAFe) delivery structures aligned with enterprise governance * Drive delivery of AI use cases, adoption, capability uplift and operational readiness * Lead data and AI technology integration initiatives across the organisation * Act as a key integrator across Data & Analytics, Technology, business teams and vendors * Manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, ensuring timely resolution * Support portfolio planning, executive reporting and governance forums * Provide clear, confident updates on progress, risks, trade-offs and decisions requi
