Must Have
15+ years of IT service delivery experience, deep expertise in mainframe application management, Proven leadership in large‑scale managed services environments, understanding of mainframe application technologies (e. g. , COBOL, CICS, DB2, batch, schedulers), Experience using AI or intelligent automation in mainframe or legacy application environments, Understanding of how AI can be applied safely in regulated, high‑availability environments, Ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable delivery outcomes such as reduced MTTR, improved release quality, or productivity gains, Experience managing critical application environments for large organizations and senior client stakeholders

What You'll Do.
Lead end‑to‑end delivery for mainframe application management engagements
Act as the senior escalation point for delivery and relationship issues
Build trusted relationships with client executives and stakeholders

Partner with infrastructure and platform teams to deliver integrated outcomes
