Experience at a large Consulting firm (preferably Analytics consulting), Experience in the financial services industry, Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc. ), machine learning and AI applications knowledge, data governance frameworks familiarity, agile methodologies understanding, mentoring junior team members experience, programming languages commonly used in analytics (Python, R, SQL) knowledge, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc. ) experience
What You'll Do.
Provision of strategic advice to Group Executives
Development and implementation of strategic advisory incentives
Collaboration with various stakeholder groups
Development of financial models
Management of transactions
transaction structure development and post-transaction integration
Collaboration with internal stakeholders to maintain client relationships
and develop new relationships
Identification of industry trends
maintain peer benchmarking and developments related to strategic advisory services
Advise and influence decision making
Contribute to policy development
Take responsibility for operational effectiveness
Lead a team performing complex tasks
Set objectives and coach employees
Appraisal of performance relative to objectives and determination of reward outcomes
Lead collaborative assignments and guide team members
Identify new directions for assignments and/ or projects
Consult on complex providing advice to People Leaders
Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures
Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls
