What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years Deal Desk experience, 2–4 years Sales Operations experience, 2–4 years Revenue Operations experience, Enterprise SaaS 2B company experience, CPQ quoting expertise, Salesforce proficiency, Quote-to-Cash processes understanding, Revenue recognition principles understanding, Order management understanding, Manage high-volume Deal Desk queue, Fluent English writing and speaking
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Notion, Familiarity with Jira/Atlassian, Experience working remotely a plus

Own complex deals end-to-end
Manage multi-product transactions

Coordinate cross-functional input
Serve as escalation point
Apply commercial judgment

Build complex quotes in CPQ
Ensure quote accuracy

Govern Closed Won process
Ensure order accuracy

Monitor Deal Desk case queue
Manage high volume of tickets
Deliver enablement sessions
Participate in deal reviews
Contribute deal insights
Work with Finance on terms
Work with Legal on terms
