Must Have
7+ years of hands-on experience in database engineering/administration in enterprise environments, expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database (installation, configuration, performance tuning, HA/DR), Working experience with SAP HANA administration, Solid skills in both Linux (RHEL/SUSE) and Windows Server operating systems, Proven ability to work autonomously: plan initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver results with minimal supervision, communication skills to report status, risks, and proposals to diverse stakeholders, English: Professional working proficiency (B2 minimum, C1 preferred) — required for daily communication across global teams
Nice to Have
Experience with IBM Db2 administration, Familiarity with database monitoring and automation tools (e. g. , SolarWinds DPA, Datadog, Ansible, Terraform), Experience with cloud-managed database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, GCP Cloud SQL), Scripting skills (SQL, PowerShell, Bash, Python)
