Preferred experience with Dayforce or other ERP systems solutions, including, SAP, Oracle, ADP, Prior experience or degree in accounting, Payroll operations or business administration

Guide teams in strategic planning and execution

Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Utilize knowledge in Dayforce to drive process improvements

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality

Simplify complex processes to improve reliability and achieve cost and cycle time reductions

as well as managing work streams of a complex project to implement improvements

Identify and address client needs: actively participating in client discussions and managing engagements including preparing concise

accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues
