What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of experience with Dayforce and implementing other HCM/Payroll technologies, Security Clearance is mandatory
Nice to Have
Preferred experience with Dayforce or other ERP systems solutions, including, SAP, Oracle, ADP, Prior experience or degree in accounting, Payroll operations or business administration

Provide Dayforce product and implementation expertise to our engagements
and inspire others to deliver quality

and manage performance to deliver on client expectations
Lead the implementation of Dayforce Payroll solutions
Guide teams in strategic planning and execution
Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Achieve successful project delivery and uphold quality standards
Refine financial processes to benefit clients
Manage client relationships and account expectations
Utilize knowledge in Dayforce to drive process improvements
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system
Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality
Simplify complex processes to improve reliability and achieve cost and cycle time reductions
as well as managing work streams of a complex project to implement improvements
Identify and address client needs: actively participating in client discussions and managing engagements including preparing concise
accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues
Learn and perform in functional and technical capacities
which includes the following areas: System application implementations and software
Produce deliverables within a diverse
fast paced environment
