What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6 to 10 years of experience within a large, complex and multinational organization, 5 years of relevant experience in the Data and Analytics context, Implementation of data warehouses and data management technologies for large-scale organisations, Advanced command of data warehouse creation, management, and performance strategies and building data pipelines using platform services in the cloud, Experience in engineering and implementing data systems in the cloud including the creation of monitoring and DevOps functions, Building data products with structured data analytics and reporting platforms and data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau), Ability to understand, interpret and analyse employee behaviour, technology adoption and ways of working using statistical analysis and data science principles, including survey and adoption data, Applying rigorous standards to data quality, lineage, and stewardship, ensuring metrics and data assets accurate, trusted, and fit for purpose across the organisation, Agile development cadence, SQL and Data Warehousing fundamentals, Data Integration tools: DBT, Informatica, etc., DEX platforms (e. g. , Nexthink, Lakeside/SysTrack) and an understanding of how DEX data is structured and consumed, Intermediate understanding of Big Data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, Impala, Sqoop, Oozie etc., AWS services and management, including Serverless, Container, Queueing and Monitoring services, Programming languages: Python, PySpark, Java, JavaScript, Data interchange formats: Parquet, JSON, CSV, Avro, Lifecycle management and software development practices such as version control via Git and CI/CD, Cloud security and compliance, privacy, GDPR, Consuming and building APIs, Test automation and release management, Web development: HTML, CSS, React, Machine learning platforms (e. g. , TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker) and MLOps practices
