What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Data Science, Python, SQL, AWS (Athena, Sagemaker), Snowflake, dbt, data orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow or Dagster), data visualization via Metabase or Quicksight, Ability to autonomously develop new strategies from scratch, identify high-impact opportunities within vast datasets, ownership mindset, communication skills
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience or a deep interest in applying LLMs and modern AI-driven features in a product environment
What You'll Do.
Driving the evolution of our geocoding systems from rule-based logic to ML-based matching and normalization
Building and improving confidence and relevance scoring models
including automated false-positive detection
Developing and productionizing data-driven solutions to improve geocoding quality
Exploring and prototyping new use cases
such as “last meter” challenges
Automating benchmarking and evaluation pipelines to measure model performance
Driving cross-team initiatives
contributing to the long-term data strategy
