Proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist, focus on machine learning, generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG applications, Hands-on experience with Gen AI-related tech stack, Azure Cognitive Search, Langchain, Semantic Kernel, agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI or Autogen, Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch and scikit-learn, Advanced working SQL knowledge, Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling, data analysis techniques, partner management skills, ability to translate sophisticated technical topics into business language, presentation skills, ability to balance urgency with high-quality, pragmatic solutions, Exceptional knowledge of professional software engineering practices and standard methodologies for the full software development process, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, Collaboration and communication skills, commitment to organizational success, sharing resources and knowledge across the organization, problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions
