We enable your best to power our future. * Independently designing analysis plans, and developing underlying data pipelines, models and/or algorithms to solve complex business problems. * Create simple, meaningful visualizations to help support data analysis and stakeholder communications * Proactively seek out and implement quality and/or efficiency improvements to our existing methodologies and processes, leveraging AI where possible. * Develop and share efficient code used for analyses. * Incorporate quality checks to proactively detect and correct for errors throughout analysis. * Provide clear data-driven recommendations based on research findings that can easily be translated into business requirements. * Collaborate with department stakeholders (Product, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Technology, etc.).
