4+ years of work experience, problem-solving and scientific reasoning skills, Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning, Proficiency in Python, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Team player
Nice to Have
RL background (e. g. multi-armed bandits), Proficiency in SQL, working experience of GIT, Experience in the gaming industry, working experience with PyMC is an advantage

Conduct a full data driven research including problem definition
data collection and validation
Analyze & demonstrate the impact of your solutions in real-time production environment
Propose & contribute to scientific papers
Mentor DS/MLE colleagues and act as DS Subject Matter Expert within the organization
