BTech-BE from Tier 1/2 engineering schools, MStat/MS (Math)/MA Econ/ MS Analytics/data science from Tier 1/2 schools, Knowledge on CI/CD method of working, MLOps, Python, FastAPI, Flask, SQLModel, SQLAlchemy, SQL, Agentic AI, GenAI, Classic ML, Optimization, Statistics, Machine learning, NLP, Image/ Video, Speech analytics, GCP, MS Azure, Google Looker, Databricks, Excellent communication and storytelling skills, Hands on/ detail oriented, Ability to co-ordinate across different geographies, Ability to work with different stakeholders at Exec and senior levels, Ability to manage resources and capacity, Ability to work with teams/ stakeholders to drive change/ adoption
Nice to Have
MS/MBA/MSc degree in a quantitative discipline, RAG, prompt engineering, Agile & SCRUM development processes, Mentor to less experienced colleagues, Highly driven, energetic, flexible & ability to multitask
