About the role: Join our Data Science team and help shape the future of Retail Media at Redcare Pharmacy. You will work at the intersection of product, data, and commercial strategy, developing intelligent solutions that improve the experience for customers and advertisers while supporting a rapidly growing business. Many of our Retail Media and Data & AI initiatives are still in their early stages, giving you the opportunity to help define solutions, influence technical direction, and create measurable business value from day one. The projects have direct, measurable impact on core business operations, including customer-facing products such as our webshop, with a clear influence on revenue and organisational efficiency. This role is designed for an experienced data scientist with hands-on expertise in Retail Media or closely related areas (e.g. digital advertising, personalization, recommendations, campaign optimization, marketing measurement, or marketplace products), and a track record of turning complex use cases into reliable, scalable systems.
