Help shape the future you want to see — and discover that better can take you anywhere you want to go. **Key Responsibilities:** * Works with clients to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects. * Ensures that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client business objectives. * Identifies, analyzes, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks. * Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management. * Identifies resourcing needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members. * Participates in negotiation of contract terms and conditions and ensures compliance with contract terms for project consultants and vendors. * Identifies project issues that impact project delivery and escalate to management. * Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed. * Manages multiple small and/or medium-sized projects ensuring project deliverables are brought in on time, within budget and quality targets. * Assists in hiring project staff, and developing, motivating, coaching, advising and managing the project team. * Manages the technical components of the project or acts as the manager of personnel, including evaluating personnel. * Liaises between project team, project sponsor, and client group. * Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. **Job Requirements:** * Ability to think strategically, assess alternatives for short-and long-term impacts and act decisively * Experience working with project planning and tracking tools * Ability to effectively apply project management methodologies and ensure that the necessary tech
