关于本岗位 在GfK 中怡康(CMM),我们目标是帮助客户实现增长——我们利用持续的技术创新,深耕消费者行为,助力客户提供精准的增长战略支持。数据清洗(Data Cleaning / Scrubbing)是最核心的数据质量把控环节。 您将负责定期的数据清洗相关事务、基本的数据异常波动处理。 岗位亮点 * 核心地位 :身处项目源头,你的工作直接影响最终交付质量。 * 行业深耕 :深入家电及消费电子行业,积累垂直领域的专业数据洞察力。 * 成长路径 :从基础清洗到异常波动归因,逐步培养数据分析与市场逻辑双重能力。 工作职责 * 数据标准化与匹配(Matching): * 根据数据中的品牌、型号信息,精准维护品牌码与型号码,确保主数据一致性 * 执行品类过滤策略,识别并剔除非监测品类数据,净化样本库 * 复核系统自动匹配结果,纠偏纠错,保障映射准确率。 * 新品建档与管理(Creation): * 针对市场新发布的品牌/型号,及时完成信息调研与系统建档。 * 严格校验新品特征(Feature)信息,确保规格参数完整、准确。 * 数据质量审核(QC): * 异常审核:敏锐捕捉销量、价格等指标的异常波动,进行调查与修正 * 趋势审核:拆解波动来源(如渠道、区域、平台等),结合行业发展验证趋势合理性 * 其它协助: * 维护及更新产品手册 * 参与数据处理系统的迭代测试与优化,提升清洗效率。 ## Qualifications 任职要求 关于你 作为OPS团队的数据清洗师,你需要负责周期性数据清洗、确保数据高质量按计划时间完成 具体资格: * 拥有0-2年以上数据清洗工作,有家电行业经验者优先 。 * 大专及以上学历,统计学、数学、计算机或相关专业优先。 * 熟练掌握常用Microsoft Office办公软件,包括Excel、Word等。 * 具备良好的数据与市场敏锐度,逻辑思维严密,能发现细微的数据偏差。 * 责任心强,具备“使命必达”(Can-do)的态度。 * 具备良好的沟通技巧。 * 具有良好的团队合作精神。 ## Additional Information /LP Our Benefits * Flexible working environment * Volunteer time off * LinkedIn Learning * Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
