Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector. **You will:** * **Migration planning:** define strategies, timelines, tools, and methodologies to transfer data from one system to another with minimal risk. * **Data mapping:** understand source and target structures, creating clear transformation rules and field-to-field mapping. * **Data quality and integrity:** ensure migrated data is complete, consistent, and free of errors. * **Development of scripts and ETL:** create and optimise extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes, often using SQL, Python, or specific tools. * **Testing and validation:** conduct rigorous testing (unit, integration, and reconciliation) to ensure the migration has been executed correctly. * **Risk management:** anticipate potential issues and create contingency and rollback plans. * **Governance and compliance:** ensure the migration follows security, privacy policies, and regulations (such as GDPR, depending on the context). **Take the next step towards your dream career** At Dedalus Life flows through our software.
