What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in Data Governance, BI Engineering, or related roles in data-driven environments, Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. QuickSight, Looker), Building analytical dashboards or self-service reporting solutions, Data modelling knowledge, Experience working with data warehouse environments (e.g. Athena, Redshift, Snowflake), Experience with transformation frameworks like dbt, Understanding core Data Governance principles, including metadata management, data cataloguing, lineage, data classification (PII), row-level security, and data quality frameworks, Proficient in SQL, Proficient in Python, English skills
Nice to Have
German is a plus, exposure to tools like DataHub or Collibra, Cloud platform certs
