Must Have
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data sharing, secure views, and multi-tenant platform design in an enterprise environment, skills in Snowflake database architecture, compute management, and entitlements design to support governed data distribution at scale, Experience in sourcing, onboarding, and cataloguing data from third-party vendors (e.g. licensed market data) for controlled internal redistribution, Solid working knowledge of AWS cloud services (S3, IAM, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, CloudFormation) and Apache Iceberg table format for open, interoperable data lakehouse patterns
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Experience with Apache Airflow for orchestrating and scheduling complex data workflows, Familiarity with machine-readable metadata standards and how they can be leveraged for automated data cataloguing and classification, Ability and willingness to collaborate with diverse internal teams across technology, business, and vendor management functions
