## Accountabilities You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and data models that support analytics and product use cases across the organization. You will ensure data quality, reliability, and performance while contributing to the evolution of a modern data platform. Design, build, and maintain large-scale batch and streaming data pipelines Develop and optimize data warehouse tables, models, and transformations for analytics and product consumption Ensure data accuracy, integrity, observability, and performance across systems Participate in production support, troubleshooting, and on-call activities Contribute to data platform architecture, tooling, and engineering best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency Requirements: You bring strong experience in data engineering within modern cloud-based environments, with a solid software engineering mindset and a focus on scalable, maintainable systems. You are comfortable working across complex datasets and distributed systems, and you thrive in collaborative, fast-moving teams. 6+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields Strong experience building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines (batch and streaming) Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Postgres, DBT, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (dimensional modeling, 3NF, data vault) Experience with modern data platform components including ingestion, transformation, and governance Familiarity with observability, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and testing practices Experience working with diverse data sources (APIs, CRM systems, marketing/analytics platforms, JSON datasets) Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail Ability to work ind
