Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline, 5-8 years of experience in data engineering with proven track record of technical leadership and enterprise-scale solution delivery, Expert Python programming skills including inheritance, reflection, meta-programming, and advanced design patterns, Deep proficiency in Azure data services (Databricks, Azure Functions, Event Hubs) and cloud-native architecture, Advanced expertise in relational database design, star schema modeling, and data warehousing concepts, Proven experience implementing AI-powered solutions and automation frameworks at enterprise scale, Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy with measurable impact
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical discipline, Expert knowledge of Apache Spark, PySpark, Kafka, and distributed computing concepts, Experience with microservices architecture and full-stack data solution development, system design and architecture skills for complex, cross-functional data platforms, Track record of driving process improvement and technical innovation in enterprise environments, Advanced data visualization and storytelling skills for building stakeholder consensus, Experience leading strategic data engineering initiatives that shape organizational direction
