Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative, 5-8 years of experience in data engineering, Proven track record of technical leadership, Demonstrated experience building enterprise-scale data solutions and frameworks, Experience mentoring engineers, Experience influencing technical strategy, Expert Python skills, Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data solution development, Expert knowledge of Apache Spark, PySpark, Kafka, and distributed computing concepts, Deep proficiency in Azure data services (Databricks, Azure Functions, Event Hubs), architecture, and cloud-native solutions, Advanced expertise in relational database design, star schema modeling, and data warehousing concepts, Proven experience implementing AI-powered solutions and automation frameworks at enterprise scale, System design and architecture skills for complex data solutions and microservices
