The role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the buildout and operational readiness of our cutting-edge data centers. In this role, you will oversee construction from design review through commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and performance expectations. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities while managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships. This position requires deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, exceptional project management skills, and a proactive mindset to drive operational excellence from the ground up. This hybrid position will be based in New Jersey. Your responsibilities will include: Construction & Project Management: Oversee all phases of data center construction, from design review to commissioning and handover. Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. Review design drawings and technical submittals for compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
