**Job Location** WARSAW PLANT & GO **Job Description** **Data Management:** * Develop and implement data management strategies for media assets. * Ensure proper cataloging, tagging, and metadata management of all media data. * Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing corrective measures as necessary. **Data Governance:** * Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures. * Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations **Collaboration:** * Work closely with content creators, production teams, and IT departments to understand data needs and workflows. * Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to leverage media data for strategic initiatives. **Data Analysis and Reporting:** * Analyze media data trends and usage to provide insights for content strategy and performance optimization. * Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. **Asset Optimization:** * Identify opportunities for enhancing the value of media data assets. * Develop processes for data lifecycle management, including archiving and deletion protocols. **Technology Management:** * Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data management tools and systems. * Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in media data management. **Training and Support:** * Provide training and support to team members on data management practices and tools. * Serve as a point of contact for data-related inquiries and support needs. **Job Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Media Studies, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. * 5+ years of experience in data management, preferably within the media or entertainment industry. * Proven track record in managing large datasets and media assets. * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles. * Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., DAM systems, SQL, Excel). * Familiarity with
