What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in data architecture, information management or similar field, At least five years of DBA/data development and data architecture experience (combined), Proficient with PostgreSQL, Talend ETL, and Snowflake, ETL development knowledge including SSIS, ADF (Azure Data Factory), Boomi or equivalent, and data warehouse architecture techniques, Proficient in the use of data modeling tools and producing and maintaining logical and physical designs, Demonstrated ability to optimize, load, and process large datasets from different data sources and formats while ensuring data quality and accuracy
Nice to Have
PostgreSQL/Snowpro (for Snowflake) certifications preferred, Experience working closely with business professionals and technical resources, acting as a bridge between the two groups and liaising with vendors, Familiarity with fundamental Data Governance and security concepts and processes, Experience in the Fleet Management business is preferred, communication skills with the ability to collect business requirements, develop and document data models, and present findings
