What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or analytics engineering, Expert-level proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem, Advanced SQL skills, Hands-on experience modeling complex datasets within BigQuery, Proven track record building sophisticated dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools, Deep understanding of event tracking, custom dimensions, conversion optimization, and UTM strategy, Demonstrated ability to define clean data taxonomies and maintain rigorous tracking documentation, Experience in data engineering tasks, specifically joining disparate data sources into reporting-ready models, Communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy
Nice to Have
Experience with Looker Studio Pro or white-label reporting platforms, Familiarity with automated reporting tools such as AgencyAnalytics, Databox, or DashThis, Exposure to Sanity CMS, Mailchimp, or CRM marketing automation tools, Knowledge of dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, or ETL tools, Experience with API-based data ingestion, webhooks, or automation platforms like Make and Zapier, Background in SaaS reporting, multi-tenant analytics, or hospitality/CPG campaign reporting

Lead the GA4 and Google Tag Manager strategy
