As a full-time Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) at SIXT, you’ll be at the heart of our Business & Data Analytics team, designing and maintaining the data architecture that powers self-service decision-making across the U.S. business. You’ll build reusable data models, optimize data infrastructure, and champion automation and AI-powered workflows to unlock real-time business insights. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT * You support the business by designing and maintaining logical data architecture, including star schemas, cubes, and dimension tables * You manage the technical execution of Redshift migration, optimizing table structures and query performance for efficient analytics * You liaise with cross-functional teams to build reusable data models and ensure consistent KPI definitions * You maintain data quality and integrity across key business datasets, establishing testing, documentation, and governance standards * You receive and automate manual data processes by building pipelines and leveraging AI-powered coding assistants * You assist with deep-dive analyses, translating business questions into analytical frameworks and synthesizing data into actionable recommendations for senior management YOUR SKILLS MATTER * Experience You have 2-5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role with demonstrated progression in scope and complexity * Education You have a bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, Data Analytics/Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and are authorized to work in Portugal * Technical Proficiency You possess SQL skills, experience with cloud data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake), and familiarity with BI/visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI) * Soft Skills Y
