Whether each parcel gets delivered successfully depends on the decisions and behaviours of the courier on route. We're hiring for a Senior Data Analyst to own how Relay measures and improves courier excellence: how we shape what happens on the doorstep, and how we manage performance before and after that interaction. This role works with the whole of the Last Mile team and partners closely with data scientists, engineers and operators across the squad.
