In this role, you'll shape how we run and scale our operations, building the analytical foundation that powers smarter fulfillment, leaner supply chains, and better customer care. YOUR TASKS - Own the analytical partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Care & Community Management. Translate ambiguous business questions into scoped problems, drive prioritization with stakeholders up to director level, and push back where needed rather than executing requests as briefed. - Design and maintain the dbt models, tests, and semantic layer that power performance dashboards and KPIs across fulfillment speed, stock accuracy, logistics performance, and service response times. Treat the modelling layer as the source of truth, not the dashboard. - Lead root cause and scenario analyses to identify inefficiencies, simulate process improvements, and recommend optimizations for supply and demand balancing. Take findings from raw signal to a defensible recommendation independently. - Partner with data engineering to scope and stabilize source ingestion from ERP, logistics partners, and customer care systems.
