What we’re looking for As a Data Analyst at SurveyMonkey, you'll be at the forefront of transforming complex data into crystal-clear, actionable insights, directly impacting the evolution and success of the SurveyMonkey core product. You'll play a crucial part in optimizing our product and features for maximum impact, and elevating overall customer satisfaction to new heights. Collaborating closely with innovative product managers, talented engineers, dynamic marketing professionals, and dedicated customer success professionals, you'll uncover critical trends, precisely measure the success of our initiatives, and directly contribute to shaping our data-informed strategic direction. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in how we understand and serve our customers. What you’ll be working on Conduct in-depth analysis of product data from various sources to identify product usage, feature adoption, key trends, patterns, and insights. Work with the Product team to design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new features or product changes on key metrics. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. Respond to urgent business questions with timely and accurate
