Scopely is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our unannounced title in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. We are currently assembling a team for an unannounced midcore title, focused on crafting unforgettable characters and delivering experiences players love today and return to for years to come. What You Will Do: Data Analysis: Dive deep into large, complex data sets to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Analyze player behavior, game performance, and trends to inform product strategies and optimizations Game Team Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges to the specific game vertical. Define key metrics, establish data collection processes, implement analytical frameworks and effectively communicate the insights to drive continuous improvement Ownership of Analysis: Take ownership of end-to-end analytical projects, from the inception of a new feature to ensure robust reporting and monitoring is in place, to design and assess A/B experimentation and deliver final insights, interpretations and presentations. Drive the execution of analytical initiatives with precision and attention to detail Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, to translate data insights into impactful business outcomes. Product Roadmap Influence: Partner to shape the future direction of the game Digging Deep: Hands-on exploration into existing reports and data, correlation of KPIs, definition of success for the Vertical, to identify the needs and gaps and actively work towards the improvements.
