What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis, Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying reports, dashboards, and metrics, Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French, Analytical skills, Verbal communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Excellent time management skills under tight deadlines, Ability to work autonomously on assigned tasks and as part of a team
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Alteryx, PowerApps and Power Automate is a plus, SQL / Python knowledge is a plus, Project management & Microsoft certification is a plus (e.g. Prince II, PMI, Agile/Scrum, Azure AI, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, etc.), Interest in new technologies like generative AI

Act as a key contributor to collect

Support in the data analytics tool selection process (RfX
Report and visualize key insights from performed analysis to be shared with key stakeholders (e.g: via PowerBI
Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely
Identify and proactively propose actionable improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
Follow risk management and compliance procedures
Design and implement automation solutions end-to-end to streamline data processing
