What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Data & Analytics, Engineering, Science or similar quantitative field, 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, 3 + years’ PowerBI experience, 3+ years’ experience working with Databricks, expertise with data mining using SQL, Ability to query and manipulate datasets using SQL, Ability to write complex queries to model business rules, Solid understanding of Dimensional data models, expertise with MS Excel (Pivot tables, look-up formulas, handling large volumes of data), Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence
Nice to Have
Experience applying analytics in a Supply Chain environment, preferably in Apparel/Fashion industry, client-facing written and oral communications skills in English, Ability to collaborate across cultural and geographic boundaries, Eager to learn with a passion for understanding the story behind the data, Adaptability, organizational skills and a drive for achieving goals, Exposure to AI tools and concepts, including ChatGPT
