Formulates and presents strategy changes, impact analysis, and testing results to peers and leadership. Interprets data to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for business process improvement. Assesses current practices, collects information and analyzes industry trends to help determine operational objectives. * 3-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in financial services, legal recovery or collections. * Proficient at developing and maintaining reporting packages through visualization tools (Power BI or R shiny preferred). * Able to write complex join, union, pivot, common table expression query statements for complex data calculations using time window functions in SQL. * Familiarity with computerized modeling and how to utilize models in data sets * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex data quality issues or other business problems * Intermediate-level experience in business analysis using data analytic tools. * Conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills utilizing Excel or other statistical packages to analyze data for potential solutions. * Strong PowerPoint skills as well as formal presentation skills * BA/BS degree, preferably in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or another field. **In-depth knowledge of concepts and processes to include:** * Designing charts and graphs to explain a cause-and-effect approach to interpreting data and performance results. * Finding best fit solutions to help tell a compelling narrative of the data that aligns to the intended audience. * Ability to communicate, collabor
