What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or client analytics roles, Advanced SQL skills, hands-on experience with Snowflake, proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard development and performance optimization, Proficiency in using Python for data analysis and application development, Demonstrated experience producing client-ready insights and handling urgent analytical requests, Proven ability to work independently, operate with urgency, and manage shifting priorities, data storytelling skills — able to translate complex data into clear narratives for business and technical audiences, Awareness of Agentic AI tools, especially in the domain of Data Analytics, Experience defining KPIs, developing analytics standards, or building benchmarking frameworks, Comfortable working evening hours to collaborate with global teams
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, open banking, financial data, or API‑driven products, Prior experience in a client‑facing analytics role, Familiarity with dbt, data modeling concepts, or version control (Git), Exposure to transaction‑level or financial institution datasets

This Senior Data Analyst role is embedded within the Business Intelligence team but dedicated to supporting the Strategic Client Analytics function. You will operate at the intersection of BI development and client analytics — building impactful dashboards while also handling time‑sensitive client data needs. Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst who is equal parts technical and client-friendly.
