Advanced SQL, experimentation experience where you’ve designed and analysed A tests, understand statistical significance, sample sizing, and common experimentation pitfalls, Cohort and behavioural analysis: you’re comfortable building retention curves, funnel analyses, LTV models, and segmentation, Python or R for analysis (Pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn or equivalent), Storytelling: you can take a messy question and come back with a clear, honest, decision-ready answer, Stakeholder skills: comfortable working across Product, Engineering, and Operations

What You'll Do.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to turn complex behavioural and transactional data into clear, actionable insight. ## As our Senior Data Analyst you will Design, run, and analyse A/B tests and other experiments across the customer lifecycle; from acquisition and conversion through to retention and reactivation.
