5+ years of relevant experience, Deep digital analytics knowledge, Expert-level GA4 experience, Event-based measurement, Attribution limitations, Best-practice reporting, BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or similar platforms, Building, maintaining and improving dashboards and reports, SQL, Working directly with modern data warehouses and large datasets, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks or similar, Querying, joining, validating, troubleshooting and shaping datasets, Email analytics capability, Lifecycle performance, Cohort behaviour, Engagement, Downstream impact, Partnering with product managers on experimentation, Test design, Measurement plans, Post-test analysis, Communication skills, Explain complex analysis simply, Turn insight into action, Comfort using AI tools and emerging technology

Nice to Have

Braze experience, Reporting concepts, Data exports, Media, content, subscriptions or audience-led digital businesses, Data modelling, Structured dataset design, Web analytics implementation experience, Measurement plans, Event tracking, Tag management, Data layer concepts, Data validation
